- The press has Pre-compression facility, ACVF drive for the main motor as well as force feeding motor, which enable operator to synchronize press feed with feeding.
- The press has electromagnetic clutch arrangements with helical gear ring to drive the turret.

- Upper guards for the tableting section are made of poly carbonate with stainless hinges & handles, sturdy with aluminum frame & fitted with gas filled shock absorbers. The lower guards of the press are with excellent matt finish. All guards are interlocked for safety.
- There is not any painted parts in tablet manufacturing zone as all parts are made of stainless material or gunmetal or of hard chrome plated.
- Detachable control panel is provided for all electrical controls on the top. Acrylic cover is also provided to protect controls from dust. The press has anti vibrating mounts and excellent paint other than tablet manufacturing zone wherever it is required.
- Excellent bottom driven force feeding system for material feeding. Gravity type feeding can be provided optionally. Two layer / bilayer attachment can also be provided optionally.
- Designed with a view to minimize change over time. The weight adjustment section is easily removable which provides easy access to lower punch die sets for the removal / replacement of lower punch die sets.
- The hand wheel is easily located for indexing the turret during tool change over by a single operator.
- Dust extractor nozzle is specially designed which can be connected with a dust extractor keeping it away from press.
- Hydraulic power pack for pressure loading and overload release. A hydraulic gauge is also provided on lower guard for easy view at an additional cost.
